My heart warmed up thanks to the lavishly decorated rooms offering a view that melted away any cold feelings, though a bit small for the price. The small Venetian balcony was a beautiful touch. The staff went above and beyond by organizing various events for us, making our visits much easier and stress-free. Location-wise, I felt surrounded by convenience and amazed by its proximity to key attractions, although I couldn't help but wish for a bit more space in the rooms.
